Reports to VP Human Resources
Description:
This Stores HR Director will be responsible for
providing HR support in the areas of recruiting, organizational development,
employee relations counseling, management coaching, and performance management.
With over $200 million annual sales across 200+ retail stores globally, this is
one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing divisions at our client. Will work
closely with business leaders, managers, and other HR professionals to develop
and implement programs and processes to help the company achieve its strategic
goals and objectives. This is a true HR
Business Partner.
Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of progressive HR Generalist experience (Fashion environment preferred)
- Multi-unit retail is mandatory
- 5 plus years of experience managing an HR team
- Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and proven ability to integrate the HR discipline with other business disciplines.
- Strong background in employee relations; experience managing HR functions; creative problem solving skills; ability to effectively negotiate with and influence clients; facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
