Benefits Manager
Location: El Segundo, California (or Anaheim)
Salary: Excellent
Our client is one of the world's largest commercial real estate services firms.
Reports to: VP Benefits
Direct reports: 2
Responsibilities
Manage the Welfare function which includes medical, dental, life and disability programs, flexible spending accounts and ancillary benefits. Create strategy, manage respective vendors and manage the day to day welfare benefit administration, participate in renewal process, develop communications and supervise Benefits Analyst.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College
- Minimum five years in a manager role.
- Must have technical knowledge, or equivalent gained through a combination of education and work experience.
- Must have experience and knowledge related to self-funded plan administration and must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with 401(k) plan administration and CDHPs a plus.
- International exposure is a plus
- Experience with PeopleSoft a plus
- Large company background mandatory (10,000 ee’s preferred)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Great communication skills
